Description
4" x 6" Kilimanjaro CP WC paper
watercolor
I was inspired by a tutorial by shelter85 to give negative painting a try.
I used the colors she likes, plus sparkles galore.
It was fun, but I didn't realize how fast I'd have to work to blend in edges. At first I could have either speed, or accuracy, but not both at the same time. In the end I found it worked best to paint with my right hand and blend with my left, like a painting assembly line. Also, I continue to re-learn my lesson when it comes to erasing pencil before the paint glues it in place.
